Otjiwarongo Councillor Paulus Nekundi has appealed to constituents to foster a caring family spirit as they enter 2026.

In preparation for the Regional By-Election for the Otjiwarongo constituency councilor, set to take place this month, the Swapo Party convened in Kalfeld to encourage residents to vote for Paulus Nekundi as their candidate.
