Authorities delay destruction of N$52 million dagga plantation at Hochfeld

The 1.55-hectare dagga plantation that was discovered on a private farm at Hochfeld last month has not been destroyed yet.

Otjozondjupa Police Commander Philip Hidengwa says they are still working out modalities to that effect with the Ministry of Agriculture.
