Teaching and learning at the Ndama East Primary School at Rundu has not yet commenced, although the academic calendar started about a month ago. 

Deputy Executive Director in the Ministry of Education, Edda Bohn, is reiterating that those who enrolled their children in unregistered schools should take them to formal government schools.
