The residents of Kavango West Region have called on the Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) to establish a regional office, citing that the absence of a physical presence is contributing to low youth participation in funded projects.

The Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the Namibian government have agreed on the need to scale up financing for youth-led projects that build climate resilience.
