Residents of Iingapanda Village in the Omusati Region are still waiting for approval to build a community clinic, despite securing funding and completing the required documentation.

The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) says the regional council election in Ogongo Constituency in Omusati Region will continue as planned on 26 November. 

This announcement comes after reports that one of the contesting candidates resigned.
