The Chairperson of the Oshikoto Regional Council, Sakeus Nangula, has emphasised that enhancing reporting, monitoring, and evaluation is essential for expediting and coordinating development. 

Nangula was speaking at the Annual Review and Planning Workshop in Ondangwa, which started on the 13th of April.

The reelected councillor for Guinas Constituency, Moses Khumub, will prioritise the development of Tsintsabis, which was declared a settlement five years ago.

Khumub pledges to prioritise the provision of housing, basic services, health care, and education.
