The First Gentleman, Epaphras Ndaitwah, has urged the boy-child to uphold responsibility, accountability, and integrity, as these values grow character.

Ndaitwah made these remarks at the men's dialogue held at the Suiderlig Secondary School in Keetmanshoop on Wednesday.

Faustina Caley, the former Deputy Minister of Education, asserted that a child's upbringing at home can determine their character. 

Caley was speaking at a belated commemoration of Human Rights Day and Namibian Women's Day in Rundu.
