The Minister of Industries, Mines, and Energy, Modestus Amutse, has reiterated that the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization Integrated Field Exercise is meant to strengthen Namibia's capacity in seismic monitoring and data analysis.
