The Electoral Commission of Namibia's Head Office on Van Rhijn Street in the capital will be a hive of activity tomorrow as five shortlisted candidates will be publicly interviewed for the position of Chief Electoral and Referenda Officer.

The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has confirmed the shortlisting of five candidates for the position of Chief Electoral and Referenda Officer.

The Commission's Manager for Corporate Communications and Marketing, Siluka De Wet, announced the ECN received 12 applications.

This follows the death of Councillor Hannu Kapenda on December 19 of last year.
