BOTSWANA LAUNCHES 500MW SOLAR POWER PROJECT

Botswana has launched a 500MW solar photovoltaic plant alongside a 500MWh battery energy storage system in the Ngamiland District. This project aims to reduce dependence on electricity imports and position Botswana as a net electricity exporter by 2030.
