Accounting Officers of ministries and agencies are expected to embrace the Performance Management System. Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila says Performance Management agreements will ensure improved performance and accountability, both for individuals and for public institutions. She said this recently when she met with the executive directors.
