Agriculture, Water and Land Reform Minister, Carl Schlettwein has dismissed rumours that government intends to ban the export of weaners on the hoof. Schlettwein says the government is re-looking at the entire export of raw meat. He was responding to a question by PDM MP, Nico Smit in the National Assembly, who argued a similar ban happened on small stock especially sheep paralysing the sector.
