The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform has deployed officials in the Oshana Region to vaccinate cattle against foot and mouth disease. Ministry officials met traditional leaders, communal farmers, regional councils and Governor of Oshana at Oshakati to discuss the Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak.
