The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry is investigating the Agricultural Business Development Agency (AGRIBUSDEV) for the alleged gross breach of obligations. This follows the parastatal's failure to pay insurance and pension contributions from its employees, over to a third party. Deputy Minister Anna Shiweda revealed this in the National Assembly.
