Former Director of Education, Arts and Culture in Kavango and Secretary of the Swapo Party Elders Council, Alfons Dikuua was buried at Shamaghongo Royal Cemetery in Mukwe Constituency. Dikuua died last week at home in Rundu at the age of 66.
