The All People's Party (APP) wants the University of Namibia to introduce Agriculture, Nature Conservation and Tourism courses at its Rundu Campus - given the region's large scale irrigation projects and abundant wildlife and natural vegetation. The introduction of the said field of studies, Kanyetu believes will encourage locals to enrol and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for them to run agricultural projects successfully.
