The Affirmative Repositioning Movement (AR) is not happy with the reduction of price from a plot that was sold to the SWAPO Executive Director, Austin Samupwa, by the Katima Mulilo Town Council. In a press release at the town over the weekend, AR Katima Mulilo Spokesperson Rasboom Mweemba says, the plot which was initially sold to Samupwa at N$600 000 was reduced to N$300 000.
