Environment and Tourism Minister Pohamba Shifeta said as part of the multilateral international treaty the access to benefit sharing law came into effect last month. This law protects communities when it comes to their natural resources and association with indigenous knowledge. Shifeta was speaking when he paid a visit to the !Nara Center at Utuseb on Friday.
