Despite ongoing consultations on designing measures for local content development and reform of the copyright law in Namibia, many in the creative industry still do not understand intellectual property rights. This was revealed during a workshop on copyright that took place at Keetmanshoop hosted by the Business Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA).
