A body of an unidentified man was found alongside Robert Mugabe Avenue in Windhoek in the early hours of this morning. The body of the man, believed to be in his mid-thirties, was found in freezing weather conditions next to the State Veterinary Clinic on Robert Mugabe Avenue by a passer-by, who immediately informed the police.
