Bogus education institutions prowl on unwitting school leavers

With Grade 12 results out on Thursday, matriculants will be desperate to secure space for themselves at institutions of higher learning. Students be warned though... bogus and fly-by night institutions are lurking in the shadows, seeking to milk parents' hard-earned money. One such questionable school that the NBC came across is called Impact Training Institute, School of Medical Health and Support Services - owned by a foreign national. The school has already sent out admission letters to potential students, calling for payment of an N$800 registration fee, before 24 December.
