Students be warned though... bogus and fly-by night institutions are lurking in the shadows, seeking to milk parents' hard-earned money. One such questionable school that the NBC came across is called Impact Training Institute, School of Medical Health and Support Services - owned by a foreign national. The school has already sent out admission letters to potential students, calling for payment of an N$800 registration fee, before 24 December.
