A cannabis advocate at Swakopmund has urged Government to allow the cultivation of hemp to create jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Angela Prussa has questioned why pharmacies and supermarkets in Swakopmund are allowed to import and sell such products while the rest are fined or jailed.
