The City of Windhoek (CoW) is compiling statistics on the water consumption in both informal and formal areas during the state of emergency period for the Government to subsidise the usage. This was revealed by the strategic executive of economic development and community services, Fillemon Hambunda at the COVID-19 Communication Centre in Windhoek.
