City of Windhoek (CoW) Mayor Job Amupanda on Tuesday announced that the City council has approved the pre-allocation of land to households on the waiting list that are residing in informal settlement areas. Amupanda made the announcement during a media briefing where he said that the decision was taken after the council meeting that took place on 11 February and continued on 15 February 2021.
