The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation's (NBC) Chief of News and Programming says the commissioning of scientific audience research has guided the broadcaster in the right direction. Speaking at the launch of the second phase of the NBC drama series production, Menesia Muinjo said the research has been pivotal in producing and acquiring content.
