The Daures Constituency Councillor in the Erongo Region has appealed to the Prime Minister to look into the inflation of drilling costs for boreholes in the area. Kennedy !Haoseb says contractors charge the Government 10 times more, compared to what they charge private individuals to drill a borehole.
