Inadequate funds to compensate owners of traditional homesteads and properties for urban development remains the biggest challenge faced by the Oshakati Town Council in Oshana Region. This was stated at a quarterly meeting with regional and local authority councils in Oshana. The meeting was called by Oshana Governor Elia Irimari on Wednesday.
