The Courts may have to decide whether mandatory vaccines will be allowed in Namibia. This comes after two lawyers representing the proponents of mandatory vaccination and the opponents both threatened to battle it out in court. The Health Defence League lawyers Metcalfe Beukes Attorneys is representing six employees of the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR) and the Unions, who are challenging the company's COVID-19 policies, while Sisa Namandje is for NAMCOR and its Managing Director.
