The envisaged SADC TV channel could become a mere dream if those steering the wheel do not put in efforts to realise it. Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic delayed the launch and stakeholders are now finding ways to fast-track the process. These sentiments were shared by NBC's Director General and the President of the Southern African Broadcasting Association (SABA) at a SADC TV Channel workshop held in Windhoek.
