The COVID-19 outbreak has placed great challenges in housing infrastructure development. This was said by the Director of Habitant and Housing Development in the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development, Big-Don Kondunda during a discussion on the acceleration of affordable housing delivery at the COVID-19 Communication Centre in Windhoek.
