The City of Windhoek's Deputy Mayor has urged his fellow councillors to put aside their political differences and look at the bigger picture that should be characterized by a focus on pressing basic needs and creating hope for the residents. Joseph Uapingene said their focus should be on creating visible change or their presence in Council will be in vain.
