The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) is engaging stakeholders on a number of issues, which include the sharing of infrastructure among network operators. CRAN met the NBC management and the discussions also centred around the mandate of the public broadcasters and the impact the new regulatory framework would have on its operations.
