The Environment and Tourism Ministry says it is setting a positive agenda for the conservation of Namibia's living natural resources. This was said by the Ministry's Executive Director, Teofilus Nghitila, following a public outcry by conservationists over the auction of 22 elephants to the United Arab Emirates.
