The Deputy Minister of Urban and Rural Development Natalia /Goagoses says she is not fully satisfied with the town councils and municipalities progress to address housing backlogs. /Goagoses made the remarks when she handed over 40 National Housing Enterprises (NHE) houses at Okakarara in the Otjozondjupa Region.
