Landless People's Movement (LPM) leader, Bernadus Swartbooi has described the ongoing division regarding the appointment of a CEO at the City of Windhoek as a 'mess'. Swartbooi says, his party found no fault with the recommendation of, Conrad Lutombi as the successful candidate for the vacant position.
