Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) is calling on all political parties that participated in the Ndonga Linena Regional Council elections to attend a recount of votes on Thursday. The call was made by Chief Electoral Officer, Theo Mujoro, following SWAPO party's refusal to attend a recount and calling for a re-run of polls at the constituency instead.
