Political parties, independent candidates and associations, contesting the upcoming elections have once again been reminded to adhere to the code of conduct for political parties during campaigns. The Electoral Commission of Namibia said in a statement that it noted with concern a recent video clip in which Lieutenant General Martin Shali could be heard using language that incites violence at a political party event.
