An economist has called for the re-introduction of the N$750 emergency income grant to alleviate hunger and poverty. Mally Likukela says, the N$8,1 billion Economic Stimulus Package largely benefited big financial corporations, and made no meaningful impact in providing a soft-landing for the needy.
