The Minister of Education, Arts and Culture, Anna Nghipondoka maintained that teachers and learners are safer from the coronavirus being at schools than when they are on holiday. Nghipondoka said this at Engela in the Ohangwena Region where she formed part of a public COVID-19 Vaccine awareness campaign.
