The regional Councillor for Arandis Constituency in the Erongo Region, has called on the Ministry of Education, Arts Culture to construct a Secondary School at Henties Bay. Benitha Imbamba made the call at the handing over of pledges to the Kwamwandi Combined School at Henties Bay on Friday.
