The Electoral Tribunal on Monday morning dismissed, with cost, an application filed by the independent presidential candidate, Dr Panduleni Itula against the use of electronic voting machines (EVMs) without a verifiable paper trail in the Presidential and National Assembly, elections set for Wednesday.
