Elenga of Ombalantu Traditional Authority has implored parents and guardians in his jurisdiction to provide proper guidance and advice to young people who are planning to tie the knot trying to preserve their marriages. Oswin Shifiona Mukulu made the appeal in his year-end message, which was delivered on his behalf by the spokesperson of the traditional authority, Isdor Angula Kanelombe.
