The Erongo Governor, Neville Andre says contributions of the late Cleophas Mutjavikua to the development of the region remain undisputed. Andre said this as he opened and signed the book of condolence for Mutjavikua who died on Sunday due to COVID-19 complications. Andre and the regional council will also hold a memorial service in honour of the former governor, on Friday.
