Cold weather conditions in the ||Kharas Region have hit small-livestock farmers resulting in the death of animals. A farmer in the Aroab district lost about 30 goats that were killed by a cold snap. Keetmanshoop Rural Constituency Councillor Gertjie Witbooi confirmed the death of the animals. He said the farmer was recently evicted and had been farming in the corridors along the communal farming areas in the region.
