A 51-year-old man, accused of raping his 13-year-old stepdaughter was granted bail of N$4 000 in the Walvis Bay Magistrate's Court. The accused, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victim, appeared before magistrate John Sindano. The accused was arrested on 8 December last year and has been behind bars since.
