Finance Minister, Ipumbu Shiimi has defended the budget allocations during the 2020/2021 financial year, saying it is aimed at addressing social challenges the country faces. Replying to questions of parliamentarians in the house today, Shiimi maintained that the budget would support the social sector, ensuring macro-economic growth while reforming some sectors.
