The Ministry of Finance says no additional payment of the N$750 Emergency Income Grant will be made to residents in the Erongo Region. The ministry's spokesperson, Tonatheni Shidhudhu says information released by some media houses this afternoon was out of context. Shidhudhu says Government will prioritise the processing of the payment for those who have not yet received the initial Emergency Income Grant in the region.
