Several green scheme projects in the two Kavango regions are unable to plant summer crops this season due to a lack of finances for production. These include Shadikongoro and Ndonga Linena Green Scheme Projects which are both located in the Kavango East Region. However, other green scheme projects will still plant, but with the reduction in the number of hectares.
