The Fisheries and Marine Resources Minister Derek Klazen has advised the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) government to participate in the upcoming horse mackerel quota auction. Klazen says Government is expected to sell 70 000 metric tonnes of the species to the highest local or international bidder soon.
