The reluctance of whistle-blowers to co-operate has delayed the investigation into the ongoing #Fishrot corruption scandal. The Director-General of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Paulus Noa says sources in the fishing industry who gave information were hesitant to give evidence in fear of being implicated. Noa, therefore, says the ACC never attempted to derail investigations.
